By downloading, installing, or using Photo2Calendar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Photo2Calendar is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to extract event information from photographs of flyers, posters, and other event materials, and allows users to save those events to their device calendar.
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
Free Tier
The free version provides limited daily scans and includes advertisements. Users can earn additional scans by watching rewarded video ads or leaving app reviews.
Pro Subscription
Photo2Calendar Pro removes advertisements, provides unlimited scans, and unlocks premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google's subscription terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Photo2Calendar only for its intended purpose. You must not:
- Use the App to process illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems to abuse the scanning service
- Redistribute or resell the App or its features
- Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by WaoApps and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
6. Accuracy of Results
Photo2Calendar uses AI to extract event information. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all extracted information will be 100% correct. Users are responsible for verifying event details before relying on them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaoApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, missed events due to incorrect extraction, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services (Google AI, Google Calendar, AdMob). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
